Services: Her wishes were to be cremated, with her ashes split between her husband and three sons to be dispersed at places of their choosing. As per her wishes, there will be no viewing or memorial service.
Memorials may be made in her name to a medical society of the donor’s choosing.
Alfreda “June” (Patrick) Stiegmann, 69, was born Feb. 24, 1949, in Carthage, Mo. She died Oct. 3, 2018, at Flagstaff Medical Center, Flagstaff, Ariz., after a bout of cancer.
She attended school in Buffalo, Mo. She attended college in Bolivar, Mo., and at Southwest Missouri State in Springfield, Mo.
June was preceded in death by her brother, Timmothy Charles Patrick; her father, Alfred Rue Patrick; and mother, Roselee Betty Wilfoung McClure.
Survivors include her husband, Charles “Stieg” Stiegmann; three sons: John Wesley, Gary Bradley and Timmothy Byron Stiegmann; sisters: Paula Faye Brown and Peggy Ruth Bancroft; 13 grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
