Services: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, Hutchens Mortuary, Florissant. Burial in J.B. National Cemetery. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Dorothy Lee Johnston, 94, formerly of Macks Creek, died Jan. 13, 2016.
She loved God and her country, and proudly served over 30 years as a Republican committeewoman for Saint Ferdinand Township.
Survivors include her husband, Homer W. Johnston; one daughter, Lisa (Douglas) Reed; grandchildren: Andrew and Sam; two brothers: Denzel Varner and Donald and wife, Judy Varner; one sister-in-law, Lucille Johnston; and nieces, nephews and friends.
