Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 11, Crossroads Baptist Church, 1935 S. Ash, Buffalo, under the direction of Montgomery-Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.

Emory Michael Benge, 3, Halfway, was born Aug. 25, 2011, the son of Shadaiva Benge and Gregory Daniels.  He died July 7, 2015.

He was a very active child who loved swinging, climbing trees, riding his bike and somersaults. He was a wonderful big brother, teaching "Little G" about dinosaurs, cars and the "right" way to dig worms.

He loved church, helping Grandpa, and singing songs, most of which he made up himself.

Survivors include his parents; one brother, Gregory Benge, Halfway; maternal grandparents: Mike and Leah Benge, Halfway; paternal grandparents: Dusty and Vicky Daniels, Pleasant Hope; aunts and uncles: Olivia Benge, Halfway, Raymond and Amanda Benge, Austin, Texas, and John and Brittany Benge, Springfield; and cousins: Isis and John Benge Jr., Springfield
