Idabell Swift, 93, was born Sept. 6, 1920, in Bronaugh. She died March 28, 2014, at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo.
She was a homemaker, a grocery store clerk, and an avid reader her entire life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles D. Swift; and a grandson, Bruce Berry.
Survivors include a cousin, Betty Austin, Fort Scott, Kan.; and a niece, Soni Rue, Douglas, Wyo.
