KaciAnn Danaee Cook, 23, Rogersville, was born July 7, 1989, in Springfield, the daughter of Kevin Eugene and Vicki Jean (Hopkins) Cook. She died Feb. 14, 2013, as a result of an automobile accident.
She was a member of the James River Assembly of God Church, Ozark Campus, and worked as a telemarketer.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kevin Cook; her son, Roger Eugene Walker; and a sister, Vicki Denise Ragsdale.
Survivors include her mother, Vicki Ryan, Rogersville; two brothers: Darrin Bryan Tharp and Kevin Colter Cook.
Roger Eugene Walker, 18 months old, was born Aug. 2, 2011, in Springfield, the son of Chad Walker and KaciAnn Cook.
He was preceded in death by his mother, KaciAnn Cook.
Survivors include his father, Chad Walker, Amarillo, Texas; two brothers: Tearin and Kanyon Walker, Granbury, Texas; one sister, Kassidy Walker, Granbury, Texas; grandparents: Roger and Nelbia Walker, Amarillo, Texas, and Vicki Ryan, Rogersville; his uncles: Jason Walker, Darrin Tharp and Kevin Cook; and his aunt, Nina Gray.
