Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday, June 4, at Riverview Cemetery, under the direction of Cantlon Otterness Funeral Home of Buffalo.

Visitation: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Linda Sue (Butler) Davison, 62, was born Feb. 26, 1953, in California, the daughter of Orlan and Edith (Wilson) Butler. She died May 31, 2015, at her daughter’s home in Louisburg.

She was reared in Cross Timbers and Preston, and graduated from Skyline High School. She worked at Zenith building TVs, T&M Stone Quarry as the scale manager, and was a manager at Great Southern Bank. She often held two jobs to help support her family.

She loved spending time with her grandkids and being “Granny Linda.” She enjoyed working with her flowers, fishing, and cooking for family dinners and get-togethers. She was well-known for her banana pudding, roast, baked beans and deviled eggs.

She also loved scaring people and pulling pranks.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Orlan.

Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Davison, of the home; her mother, Edith Butler, Hermitage; her children: Tonya Staeger and Kim Hatfield, both of Springfield, and Jenny Charlton, Louisburg; stepchildren: Joel Davison, Kimberly Davison, Carrie Davison-Sparks and Matt Davison; her brothers and sisters: Dennis, Peggy, Doug, Charlene, Darlene, Shirley, Darrell, Craig, Debbie, Diana and Evelyn; her grandchildren: William Staeger, Valerie Felin, Jake Felin, Jason Charlton, and Dakota Charlton; and other family members and many friends who will all truly miss her.
