Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, Montgomery-Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Burial in Church Grove Cemetery. Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m. before services at the funeral home.

Dr. Robert Baker will officiate.

Escorts are Jeff Lilley, Greg Lilley, Chris Lilley, Todd Smith, Jeffery Lilley and Jordan Lilley. Honorary escorts are Brandell Floyd, Randy Knapp, Michael Gardner, Dakota Smith, Haden Smith and Josh Lilley.

Wanda Lucille (Slack) Lilley, 91, was born May 7, 1924, the daughter of Lester and Dora Slack. She died Jan. 8, 2016, at Colonial Springs Healthcare Facility in Buffalo.

She worked as a cook for the country school in the Foose community and later as a clerk for MFA. She began her career at MFA on the Buffalo square, later moving to their current location before retiring.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Homer; her husband, Maynard; and a great-grandson, Brandon Gardner.

Survivors include her three children: Deryl and wife Nancy, Leroy and wife Carol Ann, and Sue; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
