Russell Dean Hicks, 88, died Sept. 8, 2013, at his home in Buffalo.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two daughters: Patricia Ann and husband, Jerry Berry, and Tammy Dean and husband, Tom Howerton; two grandchildren: William Earl and Gary Dean; and four great-grandchildren: Bricker, Micki, Katelyn and Ryan.
