Shane Wade Lucas Womack was born Jan. 25, 2016, in Springfield, infant son of Robbie and Amber Womack, Fair Grove. He died Jan. 25, 2016, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marquerite Mayfield; grandfather, Shane Lambert; great-grandmother, Barbara Daniels; great-grandfather, Dennis Eagleburger; and great-great-grandfather, Jack Lucas.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Addison, of the home; maternal grandmother, Denise Eagleburger, Fair Grove; maternal great-grandmother, Linda Lucas, Fair Grove; maternal great-great-grandmother, Doris Lucas, Fair Grove; paternal grandfather, Daniel Mayfield, Fair Grove; paternal great-grandparents, Jack and Phyllis Mayfield, Elkland; a host of aunts: Sara and husband, Caleb Davis and Brittney Hinton, all of Fair Grove, and Kimberly Womack, Roseland, La.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
