Terri Lee Sharp, 45, was born Aug. 11, 1972, at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, Mo., the daughter of Cloyd and Louise Sharp. She died July 27, 2018, ending her battle with leukemia.

She lived in the Buffalo, Mo., area until graduating from Buffalo High School in 1990.

She joined Calvary Chapel Free Will Baptist Church along with her parents, and she was saved and baptized in the 1980s.

Out of high school, she wanted to serve her country in the Army. She then served with the Preventive Medical Unit of Springfield. She went with her unit to Desert Storm. She was there several months.

She then moved to Texas, where she had her twin girls. Her world revolved around them. The twins were her pride and joy. Her goal in life was to shape and build up her girls to be independent, successful individuals.

She built a great information technology career, which led her to North Carolina and later to the Bay Area in California. She and her girls followed their hearts back to Texas.

She easily welcomed people as friends and loved every one of them as family. She would invite them into her home for meals and fun. She hosted the best gatherings around the holidays and shared her girls’ and her love with them. She seemed happiest when everyone around her could laugh and have a great time. She loved to cook and exchange different cuisines. She wanted for everyone around her to see her in a good light, then share happy times and love without judgment.

She had a love for great Pyrenees dogs. She was a North Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue member.

Survivors include her twin daughters, Kaci Lee and Lori Lynn; her parents, Cloyd and Louise Sharp; two sisters: Toni Sharp, Ozark, Mo., and Jessica Sharp, Corinth, Texas; and four nieces. She will be missed by many on Earth but is with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
