FOR PROPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for MARSHFIELD ATHLETIC FIELD TURF will be received at the Marshfield R-I Central Office until November 20th, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Marshfield R-I Central Office. The Marshfield Athletic Field Turf Project consists of football, softball, and baseball fields.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held November 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Marshfield R-I School District Central Office. This meeting is recommended for all prime bidders and strongly recommended for all subcontractors.

The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days.
All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidder does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations of the State of Missouri. This project is tax exempt.
