    For default under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by Gary Allen Finley, an unmarried person, dated June 26, 2017, recorded on June 30, 2017 as Document No. 201701411, in Book 2017, Page 1411, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Dallas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 10:00 AM at the North Front Door of the Dallas County Courthouse, Buffalo Square, in Buffalo, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

TRACT 1:

     The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section (21), Township (33), Range (20), EXCEPT the West 990 feet thereof. Subject to easements and rights of ways as presently located. All in Dallas County, Missouri.

TRACT II:

     Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section (21), Township (33), Range (20), thence East 660 feet for a true point of beginning; thence South to the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence East 330 feet; thence North to the North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence West to the true point of beginning. All in Dallas County, Missouri,

to satisfy said debt and costs.
