Notice is hereby given that the Logan-Rogersville R-VIII School District will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors at the office of the Architect, Jack Ball Architects, PC, 650 N Booneville Ave, Suite 200, Springfield, MO 65806 until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 20th 2024 for the:

Bids will be read aloud at the time of opening. These unified bids shall include the general scope of work as described in the drawings and specifications.

Hourly wages, as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law, will be complied with on this project. Performance Bond and Material and Labor Payment Bond in amount of 100% of contract price shall be furnished by successful bidder. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waives any informality in the bidding.
