INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for the Road Striping 2025 project, located at various streets in Christian County, Missouri, will be received by Ozark Special Road District until 2:00 PM CST, Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Conference Room in the Ozark Special Road District Road Barn, located at 905 N. Riverside, Ozark, MO, 65721. Mailed bids sent via USPS should be addressed to P.O. Box 688, Ozark, MO, 65721.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend.
Bidding documents may be obtained from Toth and Associates, Inc., 1550 E. Republic Road, Springfield, Missouri 65804 (417-888-0645). Toth and Associates will send interested bidders the bidding documents via email to the address provided by the bidder. Interested bidders may also pick up paper copies of the bidding documents at the address above.
Project Description:
This project will consist of a base bid and one alternate bid. The base bid consists of striping various roadways throughout OSRD's jurisdiction detailed below. The alternate bid each consist of an additional section of roadway to be striped.

It shall be mandatory for each contractor to pay the current prevailing hourly rate of wages as set forth in the Wage Determination Orders of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of Missouri for Christian County, Missouri. Please reference the Contract Documents for additional information.
