For default in the payment of debt secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Real Leasing, LLC, dated April 26, 2021 recorded in Book 2021 page 7879 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Christian County, Missouri, at Ozark, Missouri, the undersigned Brian K. Asberry, Successor Trustee, will on June 13, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the South Front Door of the Christian County Courthouse, Ozark, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property located in Christian County, Missouri:
