PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONING DISTRICT CHANGEOFFICIAL NOTICECASE # ZC-22-07 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 6:00 P.M., on August 18th, 2022 the Bolivar Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting in the Board of Aldermen meeting room, City Hall, Bolivar, Missouri, to consider the following application: Zoning change from "R-1" Single Family Dwelling District to "R-3" Two Family Dwelling District for the properties described as: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 33 North, Range 23 West, City of Bolivar, Polk County, Missouri. Property is generally located at the Southeast corner of South 95th Road and unnamed access road to Highway 13 in Bolivar, Missouri and is owned by Rentals, LLC. As provided in the zoning regulations of Bolivar, Missouri, the above proposed zoning change will be discussed and considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on the date, time and location as stated above. All Persons interested in this matter will have an opportunity to be heard at that time concerning their views and wishes. Owners of property inside of or within one hundred eighty-five (185) feet distant from the boundaries of the district proposed to be changed as described above may protest the proposed change pursuant to Section 89.060, RSMo. Such owners will have three (3) working days after the Planning and Zoning Commission makes its recommendation regarding the requested rezoning to protest. Protest petitions are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator. If special assistance is required, please notify the office of the City Clerk at least twenty-four (24) hours before the day of the public hearing.
