Request for Sealed Bids The City of Ozark is accepting bids for up to eighteen (18) new spin bikes at The Ozark Community Center. Sealed bids should be sent/delivered, Attn: Chandra Hodges, to City Hall by Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the bids will be opened. The City of Ozark will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. City of Ozark reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Missouri.
