She departed this life peacefully in her home in Tunas to be with her Saviour, at the age of 87 years, 6 months and 14 days.
She was a member of the Stauffer Mennonite Church.
She was united in marriage to Ammon S. Zimmerman on March 7, 1954, and to this union 17 children were born.
She was preceded in death by two daughters: Gloria and Harriet; by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three sisters; and three brothers.
Survivors include her husband, Ammon, of the home; her children: Barry and wife Doris, Russellville, Delmas and wife Elizabeth, Fred and wife Minerva of Tunas, Irmin and wife Elaine, Breckenridge, Jason and wife Ann of Tunas, Leslie and wife Nancy, Breckenridge, Neal and wife Deborah, Breckenridge, Randall and wife Valerie of Tunas, Carol and husband Gene Zimmerman of Owen, Wis., Ellen and husband Dennis Sloan, Fortuna, Kathleen and husband Mark Zimmerman of Tunas, Marjorie and husband Ernest Stauffer, Rutledge, Oleta and husband William Stauffer, Patricia and husband Dean Ray Zimmerman of Tunas; one brother, Irwin and wife Mabel Stauffer of Leonardtown, Md.; one sister, Linda and husband Warren Sweigart of Myerstown, Pa.; 95 grandchildren and 138 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will greatly miss her.
