Betty Jean (Stewart) Andrews

Betty Jean (Stewart) Andrews, age 74, passed away May 7, 2020 in Independence MO. She was born May 15, 1945.  

Betty moved from her hometown of Perry IA with her mother, stepfather and maternal grandmother to Buffalo MO in 1957.

She married Larry John Andrews in 1962, and they made their home in Dallas County until 1992. They had two children: Jacqueline Lea, born in 1963 and Russell Thomas, born in 1967.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur Russel Stewart and Esther (Delong) Stewart Slocum; her husband, Larry; her brother, Richard Paul Stewart.

Betty’s surviving family includes her sister Kay Engelke, daughter Jackie (Andrews) Peltier Brunell, son Russell Andrews, two grandsons Anthony Peltier and Thomas Peltier.

Interment services were held June 06,2020 at Memorial Garden Cemetery, Buffalo MO.
