Cecil Bailey, age 77, Independence, Mo., passed away Sept. 5, 2020. He was born Feb. 13, 1943, to Cecil and Jewell Bailey of Plad, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; one daughter; and one son.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Patsy; son, Randy (Carol); two grandchildren: Christina and Ethan of Independence; two sisters; one brother; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Cremation. No services.
