“Show-ME Better Health” workshops will be held Thursdays from Aug. 1 through Sept. 5 in Buffalo.

The workshops are designed to benefit those who have been diagnosed with an ongoing, chronic health condition, as well as those who live with someone who has a chronic condition or those who take care of someone who has a chronic condition. Attendees can learn how to better manage their ongoing health conditions.

The workshops, sponsored by University of Missouri Extension, will be 1 to 3 p.m. Thursdays from Aug. 1 to Sept. 5 at the Buffalo Municipal Building, 119 Maple St., Buffalo.

MU Extension specialists Allison Gunter, nutrition and health, and Amy Bartels, human development, will present the workshop series.

The series is free to the public. To register, call the MU Extension office in Buffalo at (417) 345-7551.
