Donald Lee Landreth was born on February 17, 1937 and passed away peacefully due to a brief illness on September 26, 2019.
Don had a love of classic car restoration. He also enjoyed playing the trumpet professionally.
He served his country in the United States Army.
He leaves behind a long-time companion, Elizabeth Matthews; his son, Barry Landreth of Sarasota, FL; his daughter, Sheila & husband John Hobbs of Lee’s Summit, MO; five grandchildren, Christin Trott, Morgan Hobbs, Shelby Hobbs, Mackenzie Hobbs, and Joseph Hobbs; and one great-grandchild, Ephram Trott.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Mildred (Clasby) Landreth and one brother, John Landreth.
Graveside services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2019 at the Macedonia Cemetery with Rev. Richard Prater officiating.
