Lawrence “Larry” Rapplean

Lawrence T. Rapplean, 53, of Fair Grove died suddenly at home. Larry was born on July 5, 1966, in Washington, D.C.

He was loved by his parents, Karin Ross, Fair Grove, and Tom Rapplean, Lecanto, Fla., by his stepfather, Paul Ross, and by his son and daughter, Tanner and Morgan Rapplean. He will be missed by his many friends, his former wife, Tammy, and her mother, Loni, and other family members.

Cars, motorcycles, dogs, insects and airplanes were among Larry’s passions. He had an incredible depth of knowledge in all these areas.

He was living with congenital heart failure and COPD, and had to be on oxygen many hours of the day. Sudden death was always lurking, and on Aug. 15, 2019, it found him.

Larry's body will be cremated. No services are planned.
