Ruby Rosella Pollard Teerlink

Our Marvelous Mother Ruby Rosella Pollard Teerlink peacefully passed away, surrounded by her family, in her home in Humansville, Missouri on February 1, 2021.

Ruby was born to Frank Pollard and EllaMay Asbury on December 9, 1938 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She married the love of her life Abraham Teerlink Jr. on October 5, 1959 and together they had 6 sons and 7 daughters.

Ruby’s life was centered on her family and her Savior Jesus Christ.

She is survived by 12 children: Dallas; EllaMay (Tom Walther); Elizabeth (John Darger); Shem (Cheryl Nilsson); Tamra (David B. Darger); Sonya (Jimmie Joe Huddleston); Rosella (Layne Talbot); Vonicia; Teela (Joseph H. Zitting); Aaron (Crystal Morehead); Caleb (Jessica Wilcox); Abraham (Toni Prussing); and foster son Jason King; 53 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren as well as 12 siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, and a community of loved ones she called family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Abraham, her parents, sisters Virginia & Shirley and brother Frank. Also her baby, Sonny P. Teerlink and 3 grandbabies, David and James Talbot (Rosella); Asher Teerlink (Aaron); and grandson David J Darger (Elizabeth).

A viewing was held on Wed. Feb. 3rd, 2021 at the Kingdom School, Humansville, Missouri from 8:00 - 9:30 AM followed by funeral services at 10:00 AM.

Interment: Cedar Hills Cemetery (18377 E. 752 Rd.)
