William Henry Lyvers

William Henry Lyvers, age 79, of Urbana, Mo., passed away in his home Monday, March 25, 2019. He was born March 12, 1940, in St. Louis, Mo.

He served his country overseas during the time of the Vietnam War for the U.S. Navy, and he was honored with a Bronze Star.

William loved his family and home, and reveled in the wonders of the outdoors. He loved fishing and hunting, and pastimes with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by Robert W. Lyvers.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; his three children: Rosemary Sipes of Buffalo, Sarah and son-in-law, Kennet McGuire of Urbana, and Mary Young and son-in-law, Patrick Young, of Buffalo; and grandchildren: Emily, Eric, Avi, Zoe, Jade, Kenny, Charlotte, William and Eli.

Cremation rites were accorded under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Mo.
