In Buffalo, the water, sewer and trash bill are processed with one monthly bill. All utility bills for the city are mailed out the last week of the month and are due in full by the tenth of the month. If your bill doesn't arrive, contact city hall to help track the problem. Failure to receive your bill or other notice will not relieve the resident of the service charge.
