Associate Circuit Court

Circuit court of Dallas County, associate division, met during the week of Feb. 5-11, 2021, with following officers present: Judge Lisa Henderson, presiding; Susan Faulkner, clerk; Jonathan Barker, prosecuting attorney; Travis Elliott, city attorney; and Scott Rice, sheriff. The following proceedings were recorded from the court.

Misdemeanors

Allison K. Alexander, Louisburg, speeding 20-25 mph over the limit, fine $155.50 and costs.

Jason W. Atkinson, Buffalo, two counts of wildlife violation, fine $175 and costs each.

Cecil D. Bennett, Buffalo, seat belt violation, fine $10.

Mari E. Blair, Elkland, operated vehicle on highway without a valid license, fine $70 and costs.

Kathleen E. Burtlow, Buffalo, failure to register vehicle, fine $20 and costs.

Daniel T. Christensen Jr., Macks Creek, seat belt violation, fine $10.

Hans S. Dykes, St. Louis, failure to drive on right half of roadway resulting in an accident, fine $125 and costs; DWI, two days incarceration in jail; seat belt violation, fine $10.

Russell L. Fisher, Harrisonville, speeding 1-5 mph over limit, fine $300 and costs.

David L. Gott, Bolivar, speeding 1-5 mph over limit, fine $125 and costs.

Samuel K. Hardie, Elkland, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, fine $200, suspended execution of sentence two days in jail, one year unsupervised probation.

Kevin M. McGrath, Warrensburg, failure to yield to vehicle approaching from opposite direction when turning left, suspended imposition of sentence, one year of unsupervised probation and court costs.

Nichole E. Moorehead, Buffalo, assault in fourth degree, pursuant to subdivision (3) special victims, SES 90 days in jail, two years unsupervised probation.

Ray Myers, Buffalo, driving while license revoked or suspended, fine $50 and costs.

Jessica V. Riedl-Rivara, Buffalo, speeding 20-25 mph over limit, fine $155.50 and costs.

Ella J. Stidham, Buffalo, speeding 16-19 mph over limit, SIS, one year unsupervised probation and court costs.

Gerald Thompson, Buffalo, failure to register vehicle, fine $50 and costs; driving while license revoked/suspended, fine $75 and costs.

Darren D. Tindle, Buffalo, trespassing, first degree, fine $50 and costs.

Jordan J. Ullrich, Macks Creek, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, SIS, one year unsupervised probation and court costs.

James K. Wansing, Marshall, speeding 20-25 mph over limit, fine $200, SES two days in jail, one year unsupervised probation.

Civil Proceedings

Midland Credit Management Inc., West Des Moines, Iowa, plaintiff, vs. Christopher L. Allen, Urbana, defendant. Plaintiff appears by counsel. Defendant appears and confesses. Judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $966.98 and court costs of $92.50.

Don Andrews and Shirley Andrews, Buffalo, plaintiffs, vs. Jonathan Demars and Tori Krejce, Buffalo, defendants. Plaintiffs appear by attorney. Defendants appear not. It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that plaintiffs have judgment for possession against the defendants of the premises at 404 E. Ramsey, Apt. 202, Buffalo, and further ordered and decreed that plaintiffs have judgment against defendant Tori Krejce in the amount of $1,289.99 for back rents, damages, cleaning and late fees. Court costs are assessed against defendants jointly and severally.

In Re Dakota A. Eagleburger, Fair Grove, petitioner. Judgment name change. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the name of Dakota Allen Wilson is changed to Dakota Allen Eagleburger.

Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC, San Diego, Calif., plaintiff, vs. Megan Odell, Buffalo, defendant. Plaintiff appears by counsel. Defendant fails to appear and is in default. Judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for a total of $2,576.07.

Greg Dearien, Long Lane, plaintiff, vs. Roxaina Perry, Long Lane, defendant. Plaintiff appears in person and by attorney. Defendant appears not. It is ordered and decreed that plaintiff have judgment against defendant for possession of the premises at 6 Heartland, Long Lane. Also that defendant pay plaintiff back rent of $2,000, double rental damages of $1,500 and court costs of $97.78.

Crown Asset Management LLC, St. Louis, plaintiff, vs. Adrain M. Rohman, Buffalo, defendant. Defendant ordered to pay plaintiff $3,146.13 plus court costs of $86.90, and at statutory rate of 9 percent per annum.

Alltrux Capital LLC, Brookfield, Wis., plaintiff, vs. Willard Rollins, Long Lane, defendant. Plaintiff appears by attorney. Defendant appears not and is in default. Defendant is ordered to pay plaintiff $21,516.68 plus court costs of $97.70.

LVNV Funding LLC, Omaha, Neb., plaintiff, vs. Cindy Roquemore, Louisburg, defendant. Plaintiff appears through counsel. Defendant appears not and is in default. Defendant is ordered to pay plaintiff $566.61 plus court costs of $94.46.

Midland Credit Management Inc., West Des Moines, Iowa, plaintiff, vs. Peggy A. Starnes, Louisburg, defendant. Judgement in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for $1,854.92 plus court costs of $99.06, interest rate of 9 percent per annum. Defendant agrees to pay $25 per month with the first payment due April 5, 2021. Payment will be due the 5th of every month following until paid in full.

Kayla Polston, Buffalo, plaintiff, vs. Thelma M. and David Weeks, Buffalo, defendants. Court finds in favor of plaintiff and against defendants for $400 and court costs of $104.98.

Felonies

Cheyenne A. England, Long Lane, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, crime victims compensation $46, SIS, five years of supervised probation.

Divorces
