Buffalo’s volleyball team traveled to Skyline Thursday, Sept. 7 and came home with a 3-1 win. The Lady Bison won 25-23, 20-25, 25-21, 25-20. They also placed second in the Forsyth Tournament on Saturday.

Buffalo’s young football team fell behind 24-0 in the first quarter at Ava Friday night and trailed 48-0 at the half. The Bison ultimately lost 56-6 in the opening game of the season for both teams.

This will be the youngest team Ed Phillips has had as head coach of the Buffalo football team as he enters his seventh season at the helm. After posting three straight 9-3 seasons, the Bison have gone 5-5 the past two years, and his overall record at Buffalo is 40-26.
