Revving up for spring, Dallas County Speedway will be opening for the 27th year. The dirt racetrack is one of the top three in Missouri and the longest continuously running track. Scotty Allen spoke at a recent Buffalo Rotary meeting, telling the story of the racetrack and father, Bill Allen, who started racing in 1959.
