The Dallas County Cattlemen's Association (DCCA) kicked off its fall membership meetings on September 12th at Prairie Grove School south of Buffalo. The 82 members and guests in attendance heard two USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Farm Service Agency (FSA) directors give an overview of drought programs and assistance available to benefit cattlemen.
