Jason Wendlandt was in a car crash in October 2022 when he was headed home from a nursing shift at Mercy Hospital. He was left paralyzed from the waist down. Brianna Sikes is organizing a fundraising event from 5 to 8 p.m. May 25 to help raise funds for modification equipment needed to get his van transitioned to where he can drive.
