Dallas County has received its first-ever domestic violence shelter, dedicated to serving the community and surrounding areas. The Bright Beacon shelter had its official opening with a ribbon cutting in front of the courthouse. This organization has opened up with the mission of providing safety, support, and resources to victims of domestic violence.
