NOTICE TO
CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids for the HVAC INSTALLATION PROJECT will be received at the Superintendent's Office in the Halfway High School Building, 2150 Highway 32, Half Way, Missouri, until 4:00 PM, Friday, April 26, 2024. Bids will be opened and action may be taken at a special meeting of the Board of Education on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 5:30 PM in the Library Media Center.
Specifications are available in the office of the Superintendent in the Halfway High School Building, 2150 Highway 32, Half Way.
Bidders must agree to comply with the provisions and requirements of the Prevailing Wage Law, including the excessive unemployment statute, if the cost of the project exceeds $75,000. Bidders must agree to comply with the ten-hour safety-training requirements, the E-Verify requirements, and supply verification of Workers' Compensation Insurance. Selected bidder must provide a performance bond for the amount of the contract.
The Halfway R-III School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to determine the award to the benefit of the district.
