The Branch Homemakers Club met July 26 at the fellowship hall in Macks Creek with hostess Eva Creach. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the main dish of fried chicken.

On Aug. 17, the women will attend the Ladies Salad Lunch at the Camden County Museum. They will leave the Macks Creek First Baptist Church at 10 a.m. to carpool to the museum.

Sept. 29 is the date chosen for the Homemakers to show off their talents with many handcrafted items, baked goods and a quilt show. The time and place still are being determined.

The next meeting will be Aug. 9 at the fellowship hall in Macks Creek. It will be a potluck lunch.
