The 42nd Fair Grove Heritage Reunion will take place this Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 28-29, in downtown Fair Grove.

Visitors can expect hundreds of craft booths and demonstrations as well as a parade at 10 a.m. Saturday. There will be live music performed throughout both days at the mill and gazebo. Some of the craft and skill demonstrations on both days will include blacksmithing, corn grinding, wool spinning and broom-making.

Some of the children’s activities expected include face-painting, pony rides, “Money in the Straw” and corn-shelling.

Food vendors will offer victuals such as funnel cakes, fresh-squeezed lemonade, homemade breads, apple cider, kettle corn, smoked meatloaf and much more.

Music performers include Lost Creek Band, The Missing Man Trio, Ozark Mountain Dulcimers, Blu Milos and more.

The Cowboy Church Fair Grove will host a rodeo starting at 5 p.m. Saturday and starting at 4 p.m. Sunday. Rodeo events include saddle bronc, bull riding, steer wrestling, team roping, calf roping, breakaway roping, barrel racing and bareback riding.

Tours of the mill and grinding will be at the mill both days.
