Frederick Lee Warner
Frederick Lee Warner, son of the late Noble Glenn and Alta Faye (Osborn) Warner was born on February 6, 1950 in Marble Hill, MO and departed this life on January 3, 2020 in Springfield, MO. At the time of his passing he was 69 years, ten months, and 27 days of age.
Rick spent his early years near Marble Hill, MO and moved to Harrisonville, MO when he was 13. He was drafted into the United States Navy and served his Country during the Vietnam War.
After his service, he was united in marriage to Kathy Pridgen in 1976, and to this union four sons were born, all of whom survive him.
Rick worked as a truck driver, logging countless miles to support his family.
He was a man of faith and was passionate about music. In his free time, he loved watching Westerns and catching up with the happenings around the world on CNN. He also loved spending time with his family, aggravating his grandchildren, and making sure he gave each one their nickname.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mike Warner.
He is survived by his wife Kathy of the home; four sons, Brian, Jeremy, David, and Christopher Warner; three brothers, Noble Glenn Warner, Jr., Ronnie Warner, and Shawn Warner; one sister, Diane Hardwick-May; and 26 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Hargraves and Bro. Noble Glenn Warner, Jr. officiating. Escorts will be Dillon Warner, Zoey Grenier, Zachary Warner, Kaihtlynn Warner, Madison Warner, and Gracie Warner. Honorary escorts will be August Hardwick and John May. Interment will be in the Maple Lawn Cemetery under the care and direction of the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
