Our Environmental Public Health Specialist, Shannon Jackson, issued 50 permits for new onsite wastewater construction, responded to 25 complaints, did 72 pre-site visits, 245 drinking water tests, six lodging inspections, responded to three food establishment emergencies, 81 routine food inspections, 11 new food establishment inspections, 30 follow-up inspections, responded to 30 complaints and 38 food recalls. We expanded our water testing services in 2023.
