A tale or two - Bible School Crafts

For as long as I can remember, Mom helped in bible school. One time she taught cake decorating. I'm reasonably certain she made the icing ahead of time, and probably the cake too. But the thing she taught her students was how to do decorative borders, and possibly how she made roses. Don't you know sampling a bit of that good icing was much more fun than actually learning how to make designs.
