At 1:14 a.m. on November 12, 2023, Christopher J. Ambrose, 37, Buffalo, was headed northbound on Rt. H, four miles east of Buffalo in a 2003 Lexus RX300 when his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The vehicle hit a ditch and Ambrose was ejected from the car. The Lexus came to rest in a ditch. The vehicle was totaled and Ambrose faced fatal injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was not wearing a safety device.
