The Saturday Workshop was the second session that we ever had of Leadership Buffalo. It was an interesting experience because I didn’t really know the other participants or what to expect. We started off with a bunch of “get to know you” questions, such as, “What is the best Christmas or birthday gift that you have ever received?” It was very beneficial to me to hear everyone’s answers because it gave a big insight into what each person holds dear to their heart. Then, we had to pick a seat and sit next to someone whom we did not know. I opted to sit down and let others come to me.
