Howard Returns from the Honor Flight of the Ozarks

On October 16th, Dewayne Howard of Louisburg got the chance to go on the Honor Flight of the Ozarks. Dewayne is a Navy veteran who served from 1962-1966 on the USS Hancock, an aircraft carrier stationed out of Alameda, California. Dewayne reached the rank of Petty Officer, 2nd class during his time in the Navy and he joined the Navy at 19 years old.
