Man suffers serious injuries after running a stop sign

At 11:49 p.m. on May 8, 2024, Joshua D. Woodward, 22, Seymour, was headed eastbound on U.S. Hwy. 65, one mile north of Buffalo, in a 2001 Toyota Camry when he failed to stop at a stop sign causing him to strike an embankment. Woodward was taken to Citizens Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. His vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene. The driver was not wearing a safety device.
