MO SB 82: Quenching Missouri Thirst First

Water: so common here in Missouri, that most of us take it for granted. Most of us can easily turn a tap and watch clear water flow into our sinks and showers, our glasses and coffee pots, onto our gardens and into our livestock tanks. Many of us have ponds on our land or creeks running across our property. Some of us have springs on our land. We have lakes and rivers where we go for recreation. Most Missourians who stop and think about this, would probably say we’re blessed.
