All eyes were on 8-year-old Mercedez Palmer of Buffalo, a student of Elevation Studio, when she won “1st Overall” in the 6-8 age division and the prestigious “Best Musicality” award for her musical theater solo “Born To Entertain” at the Springfield competition of I LOVE DANCE, held April 1 at the University Plaza Convention Center.
