In April, nearly 200 leaders from different places and backgrounds gathered for a joint mission at Missouri’s first statewide Rural Philanthropy Summit. Dallas County Community Foundation had four board members attend, including Hollie Elliott, economic developer; Sue Dyle, board treasurer; Jazmyne Custer, vice president; and Joy Beamer, president.
