At the Nov. 4 Buffalo Board of Aldermen meeting, Bob Patterson, Executive Director of Mercy Emergency Medical Services and Kim Tilley, Vice President of Mercy Hospital Services, appeared before the board to request the board’s support for developing an ambulance district in Dallas County. Patterson said they had already approached the Commissioners, but they wanted to keep the Buffalo Board of Aldermen apprised of the discussion, as well.
