Thank You

We would like to thank the staff and volunteers from the Buffalo, Buffalo Rural, and Prairie Grove Fire Departments for their quick, professional and effective response to the grass fire threatening our farm property recently. In reality, the grass and timber were the least of concerns as the jumping fire was surrounded on all sides by houses, schools and livestock. Given a less coordinated, trained or proficient group or responders, this scenario may have ended much differently. We greatly appreciate all of our emergency public servants who are not just doing a job, but doing something the rest of us can’t do, with excellence. Sometimes, our lives and livelihoods are completely in your hands, and that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you.
