WILLIAM (BILL) ROBERT HIBLER

Memorial service: 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at his home near Elkland. Cremation rites were accorded by Montgomery-Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Compassus.

William (Bill) Robert Hibler, 56, was born March 22, 1956, at Liberal, Kan., the son of Lawrence and Laquita (Skaggs) Hibler. He died Jan. 23, 2013, at his home near Elkland.

He was co-owner and operator of L&B Trash Service. His favorite pastime was motorcycle riding.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard.

Survivors include his wife, Rita Hibler, of the home; three sons: Nickolas Hibler, Blue Mound, Ill., Joshua Underwood, Liberal, Kan., and Todd and wife, Cheryl Cowan, Summersworth, N.H.; three daughters: Jamie and husband, Luke Collamore, Long Lane, Stacey and husband, Jason Eagleburger, Elkland, and Mandie and husband, Kalyn Jackson, Niangua; his mother, Laquita Chrane, Elkland; his father, Lawrence Hibler, Amarillo, Texas; three brothers: Mark Hibler, Houston, Texas,  James, Kansas City, and Larry Hibler, Liberal, Kan.; six sisters: Kelli Hibler, Republic, Leslie Cairns, Pueblo, Colo., Barbera Washington, Wichita, Kan., Carla Ledesma and Tammy Kerr, both of Amarillo, Texas, and Marianne Hibler, Elkland; 11 grandchildren: Lane, Ryan and Alyssa Collamore, Isabella Cowan, Leah, Grace and Paige Jackson, Kassidie Eagleburger, Patience Hibler and two grandchildren in Liberal, Kan.; and lots of nieces and nephews.
