Women’s Expo is back for the second year
Published 5:00 am Wednesday, October 21, 2026
Last fall, Women’s Expo was a success. Community volunteers have organized a second exciting, expanded event. Local businesses will welcome everyone at their booths, where attendees can learn what each organization, business, and food vendor offers.
The Women’s Expo runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, October 24, at Buffalo Prairie Middle School. Door prizes from each booth will be on tables in the cafeteria. Attendees will receive a flyer to have each booth sign. Once the flyer is complete, turn it in at the entrance table, complete your information, and choose the door prize you want to win.
VENDOR REMINDERS
Booth setup must be complete by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Setup is Friday night from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00-8:30 a.m. Remember to bring a table, door prize, display items, and product. Booths that signed up for electricity will be on a wall for access; don’t forget extension cords. The event will be in the gym.
Unload at one of three doors: the front door on Friday night only, a side door with steps, and a back door to the gym. The front door area will be blocked off for outside vendors starting Saturday morning.
A hospitality room with drinks and food is available for vendors. WiFi will be available. Organizers will be wearing pink Expo shirts if you need help or a break. Miss and Little Miss Dallas County will be
helping, too.
